The request was made for a SharePoint solution where staff can nominate each other for demonstrating these values. Employees are recognised on the company home page for these outstanding efforts.

The Employee Values (Recognition) Solution will be an accessible online using SharePoint where staff can easily submit nominations and share stories of how their colleagues have demonstrated the company values. Key features will include:
Nomination Forms: Simple forms for submitting nominations, including fields for detailing the specific behaviour(s), achievement and value that was demonstrated.
Recognition Dashboard: Incorporated into the homepage dashboard where employees can view nominations, recognise peers, and celebrate achievements.
